Figure Markets Giveaway

The Giveaway
To enter the Figure Markets Giveaway a user must repost or reply to a Figure Markets giveaway post within the promotional period stated in the post. Each giveaway post will include the reward amount, how to enter, and what information to include in each reply and/or repost. Within that repost or reply the user must include their Figure Markets wallet address. Each user who reposts and/or replies during the promotional period in accordance with the eligibility criteria below, will be entered for a chance to receive $100 in their Figure Markets Account, payable within 60 days. Reward payment type (BTC, ETH, USDC, etc.) will be determined by the stated reward in the specific post that the user replies to. Rewards will be deposited for each of the selected users that meet the eligibility criteria below.

Eligibility
You are eligible to receive a reward as a Figure Markets User, meaning a legal person who has completed and passed KYC prior to the publication of the giveaway post and maintains their account in good standing for 30 days following the approval of KYC.

Anyone who qualifies for a reward under this promotion will only receive such reward if they are a Figure Markets user, have a Figure Markets wallet address, are verified through our Know Your Customer requirements prior to the publication of the giveaway post, and are in good standing with Figure Markets at all times between meeting the eligibility criteria and the time the reward is deposited. Figure Markets reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify identity and/or bank account verification before conveying any rewards.

Figure Markets reserves the right to change or revoke this offer at any time without notice.

Your reward will be calculated based on the offer and promotional terms presented to you when you qualify to receive it. Figure Markets is not responsible for any failure on your part to maintain your account in good standing or otherwise meet the standards for qualifying for this promotion.

A user who is deemed to have violated any of our terms, or in our sole discretion, to have engaged in any acts of fraud, abuse, or manipulation as it relates to this promotion, will be disqualified from this promotion and ineligible to receive any reward(s). Figure Markets may reverse or offset payment of any reward(s) for any user deemed to have engaged in any prohibited practice or who has violated any of our terms.

Rewards are made at the sole discretion of Figure Markets. You can also receive additional rewards under other promotional offers that may be available at the same time as this promotion unless it is specifically excluded by such other promotion.
