Figure Markets Referral Program Terms

By participating in the Figure Markets Referral Program, you are agreeing to the Figure Markets Referral Agreement (the “Agreement” or “Referral Agreement”) and the Figure Markets General Terms of Service. All terms used but not otherwise defined herein have the same meaning as in the Referral Agreement or Figure Markets General Terms of Service. The Figure Markets Referral Program is a limited-time promotional offering (a “Referral Program”). Please review the terms below to see if the promotion is available to you under the Figure Markets Referral Program at the time you make referrals.

The Reward

Each time you refer a new user successfully sets up a new Figure Markets account (a “Figure Markets User”) using your personal invitation code or referral link, that you shared with them during the promotional period in accordance with the eligibility criteria below, you and the new user will be eligible to receive $50 (or a stablecoin of equivalent value, e.g. USDC, YLDS) in your Figure Markets Wallet, payable within 60 days.

Rewards will be deposited for each referral that meets the eligibility criteria below. Referred users must successfully complete onboarding to Figure Markets in order for you to be eligible to receive the reward outlined in this Agreement, including successful completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for the user.

Eligibility

You are eligible to receive a reward each time a new Figure Markets User that successfully completes onboarding to Figure Markets and maintains $500 of account value for thirty (30) days after signup. This Figure Markets User must be, a legal person or entity that has not started or completed the onboarding process for Figure Markets and must:

1. use your personal invitation code or referral link that you shared with them during the promotional period in order to sign up for a new Figure Markets Account;
2. completes and passes KYC;
3. completes an initial deposit in their Figure Markets Account and maintains a balance of $500 of account value for thirty (30) days after signup; and
4. maintains their account in good standing for 30 days following their first deposit.

If the new user completes the steps outlined above, both the referrer and new user will be eligible to recieve $50 in a stablecoin in thier Figure Markets Account.

Anyone who qualifies for a reward under this promotion will only receive such reward if they are a current or new Figure Markets user and are verified through our KYC requirements, and are in good standing with Figure Markets at all times between meeting the eligibility criteria and the time the reward is deposited. Figure Markets reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the identity and/or bank account of the award recipient before conveying any rewards.

Figure Markets reserves the right to change or revoke this offer at any time without notice.

Important Risk Disclosures and Additional Information

This promotion will expire on March 1, 2027, unless terminated or amended earlier. Investing and trading involves risk including the loss of principal. Figure Markets may provide other promotional offers to other customers during the same promotional period. Your reward will be calculated based on the offer and promotional terms presented to you when you qualify to receive it.

Figure Markets is not responsible for any failure on your part to maintain your account in good standing or otherwise meet the standards for qualifying for this promotion. This promotion only applies to referrals of new Figure Markets Users. For the avoidance of doubt, if either you or the new Figure Markets User you refer is ineligible for the reward under this promotion, neither will receive a reward.

A user who is deemed to have violated any of our terms, or in our sole discretion, to have engaged in any acts of fraud, abuse, or manipulation as it relates to this promotion, will be disqualified from this promotion and ineligible to receive any reward(s). Figure Markets may reverse or offset payment of any reward(s) for any user deemed to have engaged in any prohibited practice or who has violated any of our terms.

Referral rewards are made at the sole discretion of Figure Markets. All referrals must be made in accordance with the Figure Markets Referral Agreement. You can also receive additional rewards under other promotional offers that may be available at the same time as this promotion unless it is specifically excluded by such other promotion.
