By participating in the Figure Markets Welcome Bonus Program you are agreeing to the Figure Markets Welcome Bonus Agreement and the Figure Markets General Terms of Service. All terms used but not otherwise defined herein have the same meaning as in the Figure Markets General Terms of Service. The Figure Markets Welcome Bonus Program is a limited-time promotional offering (a “Welcome Bonus”). The Reward
Set up a new Figure Markets account using a third party affiliate link shared during the promotional period in accordance with the eligibility criteria, you will be eligible to receive a cash bonus in your Figure Markets Account, payable within 60 days. The Welcome Bonus reward payout structure is listed below and is limited to the first 30 days after successful completion of KYC (“Know Your Customer”) verification on the Figure Markets platform. Rewards will be deposited for users that meet the eligibility criteria below as determined by Figure Markets in its sole discretion.

Eligibility
You are eligible to receive a reward by becoming a new Figure Markets User, meaning a legal person who has not started or completed the onboarding process for Figure Markets before, (1) uses an affiliate link from a designated third party affiliate; (2) Create a Figure Markets wallet and complete and pass KYC verification; (3) deposits funds in a Figure Markets Account and perform cryptocurrency transactions within the initial thirty (30) day window after successfully completing KYC verification; and (4) maintains account in good standing for 60 days following the completion of KYC verification. Figure Markets will judge your eligibility in its sole discretion. Only trades completed within the first 30 days after successful KYC verification will count towards the aggregate trade total for the Welcome Bonus program.
Anyone who qualifies for a reward under this promotion will only receive such reward if they are a new Figure Markets user and are verified through our Know Your Customer requirements, and are in good standing with Figure Markets at all times between meeting the eligibility criteria and the time the reward is deposited. Figure Markets reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify identity and/or bank account verification before conveying any rewards and/or revise your standing within its sole discretion.

This promotion only applies to new Figure Markets customers. For the avoidance of doubt, if you are ineligible for the reward under this promotion, you will not receive a Welcome Bonus A user who is deemed to have violated any of our terms, or in our sole discretion, to have engaged in any acts of fraud, abuse, or manipulation as it relates to this promotion, will be disqualified from this promotion and ineligible to receive any reward(s). Figure Markets may reverse or offset payment of any reward(s) for any user deemed to have engaged in any prohibited practice or who has violated any of our terms. Welcome Bonus rewards are made at the sole discretion of Figure Markets. All rewards must be made in accordance with the Figure Markets Welcome Bonus Program Agreement. You can also receive additional rewards under other promotional offers that may be available at the same time as this promotion unless it is specifically excluded by such other promotion.
Products offered through Figure Investment Advisors, LLC and Figure Securities, Inc., are not eligible for this promotion.
